2. Backorder will arrive based on the estimated arrival date. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, items may be delayed. Cancellation of orders will not be allowed in such circumstances.

I tried logging onto POSB Ibanking to look for the transaction reference number, but it is not available.
is there another ways to verify my transaction made on the 6th march?
